Dooney Irish Stick Course 101, Self-Protection Against Knife Crime, The Garden Sessions has been designed as a comprehensive introduction to techniques of Irish Stick Fighting for adults who use a walking stick or cane in daily life. Our special focus is on Self-Protection Against Knife Crime. Clear a space, breathe, move and discover the power of the walking stick and cane as tools for Defence and Empowerment.

- 59 minute training video delivered to you via a link to the read only video file on-line. The video is presented in easy to follow stages to enable you to set up your own training and practice schedule.
